Whenever I think of a mug cake, I am taken back to the lockdown days. Tik tok made mug cakes so famous, that we all tried to make our own version at home. I recently tried to make a mug cake with Hum Tum aur Hot Chocolate and it was one of the best I’ve had!
Add 2 tbsps of all-purpose flour (maida), 2 tbsps of Hum Tum aur Hot Chocolate, ¼ tsp of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and ¼ tsp of vanilla extract to a mug. Mix well into a smooth paste. Microwave this mug for 1 min. Use a toothpick to check if the cake has cooked through. Once ready, sprinkle some drinking chocolate powder on top and serve hot.
A lightweight and airy chocolate mousse is a great treat! It is the perfect cold dessert to serve after a heavy dinner and is also a great option to serve in pirates. A decadent chocolate mousse with choco chips and shavings makes it super sinful! Replace your store-bought cocoa powder with Impulse Coffees Hum Tum aur Hot Chocolate. It adds the perfect amount of sweetness and luxurious flavour of chocolate.
Beat ½ cup of heavy whipping cream, until it forms stiff peaks. To this add 3 tbsps of Hum Tum aur Hot Chocolate and ¼ tsp of vanilla extract. Beat until it has no lumps and forms a smooth mousse. Spoon the mousse into serving cups and chill it in your fridge for at least 30 minutes. Top with choco chips and a pinch of our drinking chocolate powder.
