Returns & Refund
If you wish to return any product, a request must be sent within 24 hours after the order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return parcel should be delivered to us within 10 days from delivery. The shipping charge for returns will be borne by the customer.
Impulse Coffees Apparel cannot be returned. If you have any issues with the product, please reach out to us on email@example.com within 12 hours of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 2 to 5 days. Incase of COD, we'll issue a discount code of the same value to place a new order on our website. The discount code will be valid for 60 days.
In case of any returns, refunds or cancellations shipping charges will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Missing, damaged or broken products
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product you must reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after that will not be entertained.
Once the issue is inspected, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product value. This coupon will be valid for 60 days and can be used to shop for anything on www.impulsecoffees.com.
If an incorrect or missing order is delivered, it is mandatory to share an unboxing or unpacking video with the customer support team. (Applicable in both cases of partial order or empty box received by the customer.)
